Once an order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

RYP is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with RYP, not Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for products sold, shipping, refunds, or customer service related to your order.
You agree to release Shopify from any claims related to transactions made through our store.
SECTION 9 – FEEDBACK & REVIEWS
If you submit reviews, feedback, or suggestions, you grant RYP a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that content for marketing and operational purposes.
You confirm that any feedback submitted is truthful, lawful, and does not infringe on third-party rights.

You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes, to infringe on intellectual property, to transmit malicious code, or to engage in any activity that harms RYP, its users, or its partners.
