Returns & Refunds
At RYP, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Because our products are consumable beverages, our return policy is a bit different than traditional retail items.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or unopened beverage products. Once an order has shipped, it is considered final sale.
That said — if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Damages, Defects & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if:

There is a defect or issue with your product
We’ll work quickly to evaluate the issue and make it right, which may include a replacement or refund when appropriate.

If you have questions about a specific order or product, please reach out — we’re happy to help.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If an issue qualifies for a replacement, we’ll coordinate that with you directly after reviewing your request.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To qualify:

Proof of purchase is required
Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds (If Applicable)
If your refund request is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
