Shipping Overview

Thank you for shopping with RYP! We’re excited to get your order to you. Please review the information below to understand how shipping works and what to expect after placing your order.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.

During periods of high demand, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery timeframes vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted third-party carriers. Once your order leaves our facility, delivery is handled by the carrier, and shipping timelines are subject to their operations.


Pre-Orders & Delayed Shipping

If you place a pre-order, your order will ship once the product becomes available. Estimated ship dates will be clearly communicated on the product page and/or at checkout.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the order may ship together unless otherwise stated.


Shipping Delays

RYP is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Events outside of our control

Once your order has shipped, responsibility for delivery timing transfers to the carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. RYP is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

RYP is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

If you need help locating your package, you’re always welcome to reach out to us.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jt@drinkryp.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


International Shipping

International shipping availability, rates, and delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
